Returns
We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or faulty. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose mindfully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@forthesoulco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once approved, we’ll offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@forthesoulco.com.

If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
